Scandi Steel Spaceplan

This project encompassed the space planning, finish specification, and furniture curation for the home's shared living and dining areas within an open-plan layout flowing from kitchen through dining to living. The scope included selective demolition, a full finishes plan with a cohesive paint and material palette, steel accent paneling, and faux ceiling beams to add architectural character. Furniture layouts were developed to maximize function and flow for both daily living and entertaining, with seating, dining, and transition zones each clearly defined. The aesthetic direction is organic Scandinavian modern, warm wood tones, earthy charcoals, rich velvets, and layered lighting, creating a space that feels grounded, inviting, and distinctly considered.
