Connect Fill out the contact form and share a little about your space, your vision, and where you are in the process. Whether you have a clear direction or simply know something isn't working, that's exactly where we start.

Discovery Call A complimentary call to talk through your project, budget, timeline, and goals. This is where we get to know each other and make sure we're the right fit.

Proposal & Agreement You'll receive a tailored proposal outlining your scope, investment, and timeline. Once signed and your deposit is received, the work begins.

Site Visit & Concept We visit your space to take measurements and assess the existing conditions. From there, we develop your full design direction and present the initial concept to you.

Refinement We walk you through every selection and the thinking behind it. Two revision rounds are included so we get it exactly right before moving forward.

Procurement Once selections are approved, we coordinate with you and your contractor on material and finish orders and handle all furniture ordering, vendor communication, and logistics directly.

Installation, Contractor Coordination & Construction Administration (Optional — highly advised) We coordinate with your installation teams and contractors throughout construction/ install, making site visits as needed to ensure every detail is executed exactly as designed.

Discovery Call A complimentary call to hear your vision, understand your budget, and determine the right level of support. Full styling, concept only, or day-of we'll find the right fit.

Proposal & Agreement You'll receive a tailored proposal outlining your scope, investment, and timeline. A 50% deposit at signing secures your date.

Concept & Procurement We develop your full event design concept and source every décor element, rental, and styling detail on your behalf. Vendor communication is handled entirely by us so you can focus on the good stuff.

Final Walkthrough Before your event we connect to confirm logistics and make sure every detail is accounted for.

Day-of Styling We arrive early, set up every element, and style the space exactly as designed. You walk in ready to be present.

Soak It In Every detail taken care of so you can simply be there, fully present, for the people and moments that matter most.
