A full commercial interior for Stalk Steakhouse in Eagle River, conceived to express the restaurant's brand identity with cohesion and depth. Rich, moody tones form the foundation of the space, elevated by leather seating, brass detailing, and a handmade custom tile bar wall that brings texture and artisanal craft to the heart of the room. A commissioned mural by a local artist lends the space a sense of story and place, while a custom host desk with refined branded signage establishes a strong and welcoming first impression.

A feature dry aging fridge was thoughtfully integrated into the design as both a functional element and a visual statement, an understated showcase of the quality and craft behind every dish. Branded menus, curated design details, and a fully appointed stainless steel commercial kitchen build-out ensured a seamless experience from front of house to back, resulting in a restaurant environment that feels complete, considered, and deeply connected to the origin story.
